This is a page that specifies its own template, overriding your default (if you have set a different one).

If you look in this page's meta tags (at the top of the HTML source) you'll see that they specify a template of "simple". That means simple.html in the _templates folder of the web root is used. You can also set a default template for a whole folder, and optionally its subfolders. You can set this default either with a text editor, by editing a _private/_properties.ini file, or through the the web interface, by clicking "Switch to Advanced View", then "Change Settings" (the button near the right). The meta tag always takes precedence over the folder's default template, as it does on this page.
